Refund & Cancellation Policy

At 2TINYCREATIONS LLC, we want you to be confident in working with us. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our creative and software services. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Monthly Plans (Retainers)
- Monthly creative plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period.
- Because work is produced throughout each cycle, monthly fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once work for that period has begun.
- To cancel, email support@2tinycreationsllc.com before your next billing date. We confirm all cancellations in writing.
2. Custom Projects & Software Builds
- Custom projects are quoted individually and may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve time and begin work.
- If you cancel a project after work has started, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Any unused, prepaid balance for work not yet started may be refunded.
- Project milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules are defined in your written proposal or statement of work.
3. When We Offer Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — if you were charged in error or billed twice, we will refund the incorrect amount promptly.
- Service not delivered — if we are unable to deliver agreed services and no acceptable alternative is provided, you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion.
- Pre-work cancellation — if you cancel before any work on a given period or project has begun, we will refund eligible prepaid amounts.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Work that has already been completed, delivered, or is in progress.
- Non-refundable project deposits, as disclosed at the time of booking.
- Third-party costs we incur on your behalf (e.g., stock media, paid ad spend, software licenses).
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preference where deliverables meet the agreed scope. We offer revisions (see below) instead.
5. Revisions
We'd rather make it right than issue a refund. Most plans and projects include revision rounds so we can refine deliverables to meet the agreed scope. If something isn't right, tell us — we're committed to delivering work you're happy with.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@2tinycreationsllc.com with your name, business name, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe) and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're glad to help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of active services while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and apply to charges made after the effective date.
